Turnaround & Rush Orders
We can normally complete a small to medium sized website in less than 30 days if all materials are provided by the client at the beginning of the project. We can normally provide minor website maintenance within 24 hours. More involved website maintenance can usually be completed within 2-3 days.
The speed with which we can complete a specific projects is often directly related to the speed and quality of the feedback received from the client. Prompt responses to queries regarding the project will ensure that our project is completed in a timely manner.
Need It Yesterday: Same-day turnaround: 200% surcharge. Overnight Miracle: 24-hr turnaround: 100% surcharge. Make Me Look Good: 48-hr turnaround: 50% surcharge.
Payment Options
Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® cards are accepted. PayPal® is also accepted – send payments to: glucas@mac.com. All funds must be in US Dollars.
Terms
Terms specific to each project are defined in the contract which is signed by the client and OneStop Graphics before beginning work. In general the following terms are illustrative of a standard contract.
15 day net: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt if credit has been extended. If your business requires modified payment terms (eg. 30 day net) please let us know before contract signing.
Late payment: 1.5% per month (18% per annum) interest added for late payment in excess of 15 days.
Returned checks: There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
Sales Tax: 8.25% State Sales Tax is collected from Texas residents only.
Down Payment: Generally, for established clients, no down-payment is needed. However, we do request a down payment from new customers. Down payment is usually 25-50% of the estimated total for the project and is due upon signing of the Project Contract. Work cannot begin without receipt of down payment and a signed contract.
